The Procurement & Contract Management function delivers strategy, procurement, and contract management across the program lifecycle. This includes defining procurement strategy, managing risk allocation, procuring goods and services, and overseeing supplier contracts. It also ensures governance, compliance, and assurance through robust reporting mechanisms.
