    The ABP recognises and values the diversity of its staff and is committed to developing working practices which will allow everyone to contribute his or her best, regardless of race, sex, marital status, religion or belief, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or any other irrelevant factor.

    In order to help ABP monitor the success of its commitment to diversity and inclusion, all applicants are requested to complete a Diversity Monitoring Form. This form is used for monitoring purposes only and will not be made available to the selection panel.

    The Equality Act 2010 defines a person with a disability as someone who has a physical or mental impairment that has a more than minor adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities, that has lasted or is likely to last for at least 12 months. These include mental health conditions, neurodiverse conditions such as dyslexia and long-term health conditions.
