Thank you for your interest in our Head of Reward and Employee Relations role.  To protect people and enable aerospace, the CAA must continue to deliver its People Strategy and further build its capacity, capability and culture.

To enable all three things to happen the CAA must ensure it has a compelling employee value proposition and that our reward strategy attracts and retains both the scarce skills we need and the diverse representation we’re striving for.

This role is a pivotal appointment within our People and Culture leadership team and our wider CAA Leadership 50 community, having a direct impact on the experiences of all CAA colleagues, ensuring the CAA continues to be a global leader in aviation and aerospace.

By being our new Head of Reward and Employee relations, you’ll have an opportunity to shape and influence a reward strategy in a complex, high performing organisation and be at the forefront of our trusted partnership with our recognised trade unions.
