Now is an exciting time to join our team. We are implementing a new operating model to build capabilities that meet the needs of our internal stakeholders and communities. You will lead a department within an improving corporate services function that delivers value to our stakeholders.

We are looking for senior leaders who can develop and support critical enabling functions to achieve challenging and innovative strategic business plans. You will be adept at communicating a strong vision, combining strategic and tactical delivery and have experience of building capability across organisational boundaries.

Inclusivity, people development and a one team culture across our departments is key to our approach. You will be an integral member of the senior leadership team, helping to shape the strategic direction of how we work and the services we provide. You will work collaboratively with other corporate services directors and leaders from across our operational directorates, as well as with colleagues in the City of London Corporation.
