Experience leading strategic IT contract negotiations &amp; resolving supplier disputes through negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Translate strategic priorities into clear outcome-focused objectives within a complex IT infrastructure environment. Open to innovative ideas &amp; challenges, providing clarity about the action required to achieve results<\/li>\n<li>An accomplished commercial professional with a track record of setting high standards and delivering large-scale technology procurement portfolios and or programmes to time and quality<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills, motivate &amp; inspire a high performing team. Communicates clearly, fosters inclusivity &amp; develop strategies to enhance capability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, to be successful, candidates will need to demonstrate capability against the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/government-commercial-function-people-standards-for-the-profession\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">commercial people standards<\/a>.
