We are already the UK’s largest workplace pension scheme with over 13m members and nearly £50bn of assets under management; we are set to continue to grow strongly, with the expectation that assets will have grown to £100bn by the end of the decade. This growth and scale gives us the opportunity to make a real difference to our members lives and be a force for good by taking a responsible approach to investing our members money.
Nest was set up to ensure every employer could provide their employees with a pension, with a particular focus on supporting the needs of low and moderate earners. 68% of Nest members earn less than £30k and we play a vital role in ensuring they are well served in providing for their retirement. We are a strongly purpose driven organisation, focused on “Building financial peace of mind for all”. It’s a bold ambition but one that we are uniquely placed to deliver.
In pursuit of our ambitious purpose, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology and Operating Officer (CTOO) who can help us transform our organisation, leveraging technology and data to become the best -in-class pension provider, delivering the best possible financial outcomes for our members to and through retirement. This new leadership role will be a key member of the Executive team, report directly to me and is vital to delivery of our recently approved 2030 Corporate Strategy.
