Significant experience and expertise in the planning and delivery of major urban regeneration projects, including infrastructure and procurement, land assembly and the negotiation of deals with partners and contractors.

Excellent record of achievement at senior executive level within a relevant or comparable role, and demonstrable understanding of the scrutiny and visibility requirements of leading a high profile, publicly accountable organisation.
Experience of successful and relevant senior achievements in a public/private sector environment, with evidence of working to influence outcomes across national and local government and their agencies.
