The Corporate Operations directorate is an innovative, forward thinking and collaborative directorate. The team provides solutions to enable ORR to operate effectively and efficiently.
I am seeking an exceptional leader who can engage at all levels and set a clear strategic direction for Corporate Operations. In addition, you need to be a strong team player working closely with all Directors.
You will lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning and adaptability. As well as being a member of the ORR Executive Committee, you will attend the ORR Board, working closely with our non-executive directors.
We are a high performing regulator and our values – to be inclusive, professional, ambitious and collaborative – are important to me. You will be expected to visibly work to those values and promote them across the organisation.
