Experience & Expertise:
- Proven track record of success in leadership in real estate, delivering large-scale projects in urban areas of comparable complexity.
- Experience of Executive and Board level reporting, including professional advice to Board members on the handling of sensitive policy issues and relationships.
- Proven track record of success in delivering complex land deals, with knowledge and experience of development viability.
- A proven track record in various forms of development delivery and financing (direct, joint venture, partnership), with experience across the public and private sector interface.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and a track record of delivering results against tight deadlines and stretching targets.
- Evidence of well-developed knowledge and understanding of the issues and opportunities facing the public/private sectors in public sector procurement processes and relevant legislative frameworks.
- Significant experience of effectively advising on the delivery of major development and regeneration strategies, comparable to those within the Olympic Park.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with a complex range of stakeholders under intense media and public scrutiny.
- Broad knowledge of and commitment to the business objectives relating to financial control, competitive tendering, safety, quality, health and environmental matters.

- Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject are or equivalent by experience.
